Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the YourCoach Mentor Coach Training programme (the "Programme"). By applying for or enrolling in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • "YourCoach" refers to the provider of the Mentor Coach Training programme, contactable at tom@yourcoach.be.
  • "Programme" refers to the Mentor Coach Training programme, including all sessions, materials, and related activities.
  • "Participant" refers to an individual who has enrolled in the Programme.
  • "Trainer" refers to the lead mentor coach delivering the Programme.
  • "ICF" refers to the International Coaching Federation.
  • "CCEUs" refers to Continuing Coach Education Units as defined by the ICF.

2. Enrolment and Eligibility

Enrolment in the Programme is subject to the following conditions:

  • Applicants should hold an ACC, PCC or MCC credential, or have equivalent coaching experience (minimum 100 coaching hours).
  • Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the signed enrolment form and full payment, or an agreed instalment plan.
  • YourCoach reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion, based on programme fit and cohort composition.
  • Cohort size is limited to 12 participants to ensure quality and individual attention.

3. Programme Structure

The Programme consists of:

  • 5 live online sessions of 2 hours each (total 10 hours), delivered via Zoom.
  • Practice work between sessions, including coaching observation and written reflection.
  • One individual follow-up call with the lead trainer.
  • Access to programme materials and the alumni community.

Sessions are scheduled on selected dates shared upon enrolment. YourCoach reserves the right to modify the schedule with reasonable advance notice to participants.

4. Fees and Payment

The Programme fee is €3,950 plus applicable VAT (where required by law).

  • Payment is due upon enrolment confirmation. A two-instalment plan is available by prior arrangement.
  • Payment methods and bank details are provided on the invoice.
  • The fee includes all session materials, CCEU documentation, and access to the alumni community. It does not include travel, accommodation, or ICF membership or credential application fees.
  • All fees are non-transferable to other programmes or participants.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by the participant

  • More than 30 days before the first session: Full refund, minus a €150 administration fee.
  • 15 to 30 days before the first session: 50% refund of the Programme fee.
  • Less than 15 days before the first session: No refund, but the place may be transferred to a future cohort subject to availability.

Cancellation by YourCoach

If YourCoach cancels the Programme, participants will receive a full refund of fees paid. YourCoach is not liable for any indirect costs (e.g. travel, accommodation) incurred by participants.

6. Attendance and Participation

  • Participants are expected to attend all 5 live sessions. Sessions are recorded and made available to participants who are unable to attend.
  • Missing one session does not affect completion or CCEU documentation. If you anticipate missing more than one session, please contact us before enrolling.
  • Active participation in practice work, triads, and peer dialogue is essential to the Programme experience and expected of all participants.
  • Participants must complete all written reflections to receive their certificate and CCEU documentation.

7. Certification and CCEUs

  • Upon successful completion of the Programme, participants receive a YourCoach certificate of completion and 10 ICF CCEUs.
  • CCEU documentation meets current ICF standards for credential renewal. Participants are responsible for submitting documentation to the ICF.
  • YourCoach does not guarantee ICF credential approval. Credential decisions are made solely by the ICF.
  • Certificates are issued in the participant's name as provided on the enrolment form.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All Programme materials, including session recordings, slides, handouts, and exercises, are the intellectual property of YourCoach and protected by copyright.
  • Participants may use materials for their own professional development and coaching practice. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial training purposes without written permission.
  • Session recordings are for participant use only and must not be shared with non-participants.
  • Participant-generated content (e.g. written reflections) remains the intellectual property of the participant.

9. Participant Conduct

  • Participants are expected to engage with professionalism, respect, and confidentiality at all times.
  • All coaching sessions, peer dialogues, and personal information shared during the Programme are confidential and must not be disclosed outside the cohort.
  • YourCoach reserves the right to remove a participant from the Programme without refund in cases of disruptive behaviour, breach of confidentiality, or unethical conduct as defined by the ICF Code of Ethics.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • YourCoach provides the Programme on an "as is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee specific professional outcomes, credential approval, or career advancement.
  • YourCoach's total liability arising from the Programme shall not exceed the Programme fee paid by the participant.
  • YourCoach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or professional opportunity.
  • Participants are responsible for their own coaching practice and adherence to the ICF Code of Ethics.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

YourCoach may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Changes take effect from the date of posting. Enrolment in a specific cohort is governed by the terms in effect at the time of enrolment.
